The effective rejuvenating mask for face

To make this mask you’ll need:

- 1 tablespoon honey,
- 1 tablespoon fat sour cream,
- 50 g cottage cheese,
- 1 egg,
- 6-10 drops lemon juice,
- 2-4 g aloe juice,
- 1-2 g vitamins B1 and B12.

Mix all these ingredients carefully in the glass and apply on the cleaned face. It’s better to make this mask in the evening. Keep the mask for 15-20 minutes. Then wash with cold water. Do NOT use cream after mask!

Repeat this procedure every evening for 2 weeks.

If you limit your exposure to alcohol, smoking, and unhealthy foods, your skin will be more likely to stay strong and firm for a longer amount of time. So, the next time you're tempted to get fast food or have a glass of some alcoholic beverage, think about the possible long-term consequences. Stress can influence your body in a lot of ways that you can't see. For example, it can keep you from getting a restful night of sleep. Since your body's cells repair themselves while you're sleeping, lack of sleep can lead to poor skin health. It can also lead to poor general health as well.

No matter how vigilant you are, you may eventually develop wrinkles or skin sags. That doesn't necessarily mean that you've led a bad life. It just happens because of the natural aging process. Homemade natural masks from peach for acne skin

The mask for acne skin
Mix 1 tablespoon of peach puree with 1 tablespoon of chamomile infusion. To prepare chamomile infusion pour 1 tablespoon of chamomile with ½ glass of boiling water. Cool the infusion and then filter it.

Apply the mask on the cleaned facial skin with layers until the mask will be finished. Wait for 5 minutes and then wash with warm water.

Such mask helps to fight against acne and pimples.  Also it smoothes facial skin.

The mask-scrub for oily skin
Powder 3-4 peach kernels and add 1 tablespoon of natural yoghurt. Mix everything carefully and apply on the clean skin for 10 minutes. Then massage face with circle movements for 507 minutes. And finally wash the mask with warm water.

This mask cleans skin from dead cells and nourishes skin greatly. Vitamin B15, contained in peach kernels has a high biological activity. And peach oil stimulates metabolic processes well.

The famous effective cream against wrinkles

To prepare this cream you need to take:
- A half fresh egg yolk;
- 2 teaspoons almond oil (you can change it with olive oil);

To make a chamomile decoction you should take 1 tablespoon dry grass. Pour it with 200 ml water and boil for 15-20 minutes.

Natural homemade acne masks and lotions

If your acne problem is more external, such as skin oil redundancy, enlarged pores or soiling you may achieve good results with simple skin care procedures. Acne masks can be very different and contain different components, but all of them work on the principle: parch skin, move away a skin oil redundancy and confine pores.

All masks should be applied on a clear skin. It is also useful to have a steam bath and to make an additional skin clearance with any soft scrub. Always remember to give a cold water rinse, because the pores which get opened by warm water will get contracted if you rinse off with cold water. You may also prefer ice-cube.

You can use as professional, so homemade masks. Take care! Test all professional masks before applying it on the face. Apply a little on a wrist bend or behind an ear and control your reaction about 15 minutes after washing-off. You should not feel any discomfort and oversee erubescence or dermal irritation.

You may also try to make acne masks at home by yourself. The main component of these masks is camphor as a perfect anti-inflammatory agent. For acne or oily skin, the very choice camphor offers important anti-bacterial benefits. Acne removing lotion. Mix 1 teaspoon glycerin, 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 cup distilled water, 1/2 teaspoon camphor lotion. Apply this mixture on the face and leave it to dry. Then wash off with lukewarm water. Finally use cold water or an ice-cube as an antasthenic.

Apple and honey mask for oily skin with acne problem. Mix one small ground apple with 5 tablespoons of honey. Gently apply on the face and neck, wait for 10 minutes. Wash it off with cool water. You may add some oatmeal into this mixture to enhance an effect.

Acne tomato lotion. Mix 1/2 teaspoon camphor lotion, 1 teaspoon tomato juice, 1 teaspoon honey well and apply this paste on the face. Keep it on for 15 minutes. Then wash off with hypothermal water, use an ice-cube as an antasthenic. It is also very good for removing spots caused by acne.

Acne removing garlic lotion. Take 1 teaspoon fuller's Earth, 1 teaspoon honey, 1 teaspoon carrot juice, 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste. Mix all these together and apply this mask on the face for 20 minutes or more till thorough drying. After that wash off with warm water very carefully. Avoid precipitous movements!
