Take a minute for your health and make an apple compress

Look at your heels and see if it is ok with them. Aren’t they soft and smooth? In any way you will be pleasant to make the course of apple procedures for your heels. Before bedtime wash your legs as usual or you’d better to make a bath for them. And then use my recipe and make an apple compress.

Cut the apple into pieces and boil it in the milk until formation of gruel. Put thick layer of warm gruel on the heels, cover with napkin or lock in gauze bandage. Keep the apple compress for 30 minutes.

You should repeat this procedure every evening until you see the brilliant result. Then put on the sandals and enjoy coolness!
