For normal skin. Mix 1 teaspoon sour milk, 1 teaspoon yolk, and 5 drops glycerin. Put the mixture on the face with help of brush and keep for 20 minutes. Then wash mask with warm water. Such mask has nourishing and moistening effect.
Pour 1 cup of cream in the glass jar and add one egg, ½ glass of vodka, juice of one lemon and 1 teaspoon glycerin. Mix everything carefully. Use this lotion for face and neck before sleep. It cleans, nourishes, moistens and whitens skin and also prevents from wrinkles. Keep jar with lotion closed in the fridge during 6 months.
For dry skin. Mix 1 tablespoon glycerin, 1 teaspoon liquid ammonia, 1 teaspoon honey, ½ glass cold boiled water. Use the mixture like a lotion in the evening. Keep the lotion in the fridge. It softens skin and removes dryness.
Mix ½ teaspoon glycerin, 1 teaspoon honey and 2 teaspoons cold boiled water. To thicken the mask add some oatmeal and mix everything. Put the mask on the face and keep for 20 minutes. Then wash with warm water.
Pour 1 tablespoon camomile with ½ glass of boiling water and keep for 2 hours. Then filter it. Add 50 gram butter, 3 teaspoons castor oil, ½ teaspoon glycerin, 30 ml. camphor alcohol and ¼ prepared camomile decoction. Mix everything carefully and use as night cream. It has great anti-aging effect.
For greasy skin. Mix 100 gram china clay with 3 tablespoons cold boiled water, add in 1 teaspoon glycerin and spirit. Put the mixture on the face. In 20 minutes take the mask away with cotton wool wad and wash with cool water.
For combined skin. Grate one lemon and pour it with 100 gram vodka, mix everything and filter through gauze. Add 1 glass sour cream, beaten white of egg and 1 teaspoon glycerin. Mix everything carefully. Put the mask on the face and keep for 15-20 minutes. Then take away with cotton wool wad wet in the tea. Do not wash the mask fully. It protects from dehydration, especially if you spend much time at open air. Save the mask in the fridge and use every day during cold times.
Anti-aging mask. Mix in 1 tablespoon dried leaves of mint, camomile flowers, leaves and berries of rowan-tree. Pour it with 3 glasses of boiling water and infuse for an hour. Then boil for 10 minutes and filter. Add juice of half a lemon, in 2 tablespoons glycerin and cologne. Mix everything carefully. Run the face and neck with lotion some times a day.
For all types of skin. Grate ¼ quinces, squeeze juice through gauze and add 5 drops glycerin. Put the mixture on the face for 20 minutes and then wash with warm water and rinse with cold water. It moistens and enriches skin greatly.

The feature of these scrubs is their components, which nourish and moisten skin at one time with cleaning. The role of abrasive elements belongs to grinded nuts. Against cracked heels. Prepare an apple spread. Cut an apple and boil in the little amount of milk. Against feet tiredness. In the evening after hard working day, you can make foot bath. Mix a handful of linden flowers and a handful of mint leaves. Pour with 3 liter of boiling water and keep to infuse and get cooler. Keep feet in the infusion till full cooling down.
Give your feet a special foot bath. Put a cup of marbles in the bath water and roll your feet around on top of them to stimulate the nerve endings. Pick up the marbles with your toes, flex and contract your feet and toes and then let go off the marbles. This will allow the arches and muscles of the feet to stretch.
Against dry callosities. Pound the aloe leaf. Grease skin around callosities with vaseline and put pounded aloe on the callosities. Then put a plaster on the callosities and bandage. In 24 hours you should scrape off soft corneal layer. Put any cream on the feet after this procedure. You can repeat compress from aloe some times, till callosity will be off.
Against coarse skin. Make potato bath for feet time to time. Take ½ glass of clean potato peelings and add ½ glass of linseeds. Pour the mixture with 0,5 liter of water and boil till condition of thin gruel. Put feet in the cooled bath for 15-20 minutes and then rinse with warm water. Put any cream on the feet.

Hair extract for dry hair. Mix in 1 tablespoon rosemary and camomile and pour it with ¾ glass of vodka in the bottle from dark glass. Keep extract in the dark place for 2 weeks. Then filter prepared extract and use twice a week. Rub extract into head skin with help old soft toothbrush, wetting toothbrush in the extract. Do not pour extract on the head! You shouldn’t wash off the extract.
Balsam for greasy hair. Mix vegetable oil and lemon juice in equal parts. Put prepared balsam on the head skin and hair before head washing for 15-20 minutes. Then wash head as usual. Rinse hair with herbal infusion.
To prepare herbal infusion, mix in 1 tablespoon sage and camomile and pour it with 1 liter boiling water. Keep to infuse and then filter.
Universal salt mask. Wash head and rub into wet hair kitchen salt during 10-15 minutes. Then wash hair with warm water. Usually 6 such procedures after head washing are enough to stop hair shedding.
Also you can use another variant of this procedure. After head washing put salt on the head skin. Cover head with polyethylene for 15 minutes and then wash hair with warm water.

The skin of neck, more sensitive and drier, suffers from external actions more than skin of the face. But you can return flexibility and softness making the special procedure: hot compress. Generally compresses and envelopments are considered the best means for recovering of neck skin. Today I offer two variants of such compresses. One of them is used with homemade cream. Another variant is made from sea-buckthorn and squash. To reach visible effect, you should make procedure of compress everyday before sleep during one week.
For the first compress you need make a cream. Mix 1 egg yolk, 1 teaspoon honey, 2 teaspoons vegetable oil, 15 ml of camphor spirit, 1 tablespoon vaseline and 1 teaspoon camomile decoction. To make camomile decoction pour 1 tablespoon camomile with a glass of boiling water and filter. By the way, prepared cream should be saved in the fridge, but warm it before using.
Then warm residuary camomile decoction, wet gauze napkin in the decoction and wrap round the neck. Keep for 5-7 minutes and then put prepared cream on the steamed skin. Leave cream for the whole night.
To make another compress you need take sea-buckthorn oil and warm it. Clean neck skin with cosmetic milk. Then wet gauze napkin in the warm oil and put on the neck from chin till clavicles. Put polyethylene film or compress paper above napkin, then put layer of cotton wool and finally lock in bandage or kerchief. Keep compress more than 20 minutes, but it’s better to leave it for the whole night.
After procedure clean the neck with dry cloth and make envelopment from squash. Put grinded squash on the gauze napkin and bandage it to the neck. Keep for 20-25 minutes, wash with warm water and then rinse with cool water.

For greasy skin. Mix 2 tablespoons boiled pumpkin with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Put on the face and keep for 20 minutes. Then wash with cool water.

Then add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, mix carefully and put into glass can. Keep this cream in the fridge and use every morning.

In summer our hair suffer from hot sun most of all. In this season we need to take care of our hair from drying, and harmful sunrays. I am sure you wear nice hats in summer, especially being at the beach. But if your hair were damaged from sunrays, you can use these recipes to help your hair fast.
Restorative mask for damaged hair. Take 4 teaspoons of colorless henna, 5 tablespoons of fresh nettle and pour them with boiling water. Add 1 yolk and mix everything carefully. Put on the hair and keep under polyethylene little cap for 1,5 hours. Then wash with warm water.
One more mask for damaged hair. Mash a ripe banana with a few drops of almond oil and massage into hair. Leave it for about 15 minutes. Rinse with soda water and then shampoo and condition.
If your hair is damaged, you can also try this pack. Mix juice of two freshly squeezed lemons, two egg yolks, one egg white and a tbsp of honey. Apply onto the hair and let it rest for some time. Shampoo and rinse off with cold water
Rinse for greased hair. Pour 6 twigs of rosemary with 1 liter of boiling water (or mineral water) and boil for 30 minutes. Then cool and filter the decoction. Wash the head with rosemary decoction.
Summer mask for hair. Mix 2 tablespoons of honey with 2 teaspoons of aloe juice and castor oil. Rub the mixture into head skin and hair. Keep for 30 minutes and then wash head with camomile or nettle decoction. This mask is very effective for overdried hair. You can make this mask twice a week.

The end of summer is rich in apples. You think it’s ordinary fruit without any surprising qualities, but you are mistaken. Apples contain sugar, tannin, organic acids and pectin. Thanking this great content, apples nourish, moisten, soften and renew skin very well. Today I offer some original recipes of apple masks for facial skin. Choose and try!
The mask for normal skin. Add 3 tablespoons of hot milk to 1 tablespoon of oaten flakes and keep for 10 minutes. Grate one apple and mix with beaten yolk, add flakes and mix everything carefully. Put on the face and neck and keep for 10 minutes. Then wash with warm boiled water. This mask nourishes and moistens damaged skin from sun.
Two masks for dry skin. Mix 1 tablespoon of grated apple with 1 tablespoon of butter. Beat one yolk with 1 teaspoon of honey and add to apple mixture. Mix everything and put on the face and neck for 20 minutes. Then clean the face with napkin. You’d better to use this mask before sleep.
This mask has the great tonic effect. Grate one apple, add 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 yolk, 1 teaspoon of ascorbic acid, 1 teaspoon of apple vinegar and 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil. Mix everything carefully and put on the face. Keep for 30 minutes and then wash with cool water.
For greasy skin. Beat up white of egg and add 2 tablespoons of grated apple, 1 teaspoon of potato starch and grinded apricot (or half a peach). Mix everything carefully and put on the face for 15 minutes. Then wash with warm water.
Also you can grate one big green apple and add 1 teaspoon of grinded horseradish. Beat up white of egg and add to mixture. Put on the face and keep for 15 minutes. Then wash with cool water. This mask draws pores and tonics greasy skin.
The mask for sensitive skin. Boil one potato (without salt), clean it and knead with fork. Add grated apple, 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil and yolk. Mix everything carefully and put on the face and neck. In 20 minutes wash the face with cool water.
Masks for aging skin. Grate one carrot and 1 green apple. Mix them and put on the face for 15 minutes. Wash with cool water. This mask moistens skin and gives the healthy color.
Beat up an egg; add grated apple and 3 grinded apricots (or 1 peach). Mix everything and put on the face and neck. Keep for 20 minutes and then clean the skin with ice-block.
And finally the mask for all types of skin. Mix 1 teaspoon of apple sauce with 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise. Put the mixture on the face and in 20 minutes wash with warm water. It’s very easy and fast mask for any type of skin.

In summer you should always think about sun safety. And not only skin protection but hair protection also. The combination of sun, salt water and chlorine will suck moisture out of the healthiest head of hair - coloured hair is especially susceptible. A hat is still your best option for protecting your locks (and face) from the drying effects of summer.
When swimming in salt or chlorinated water, wet your hair with tap water before you swim. Hair is like a sponge, there is only so much water it can absorb. The wetter your hair before you swim, the less salt water and chlorine it will absorb.
Use a clarifying shampoo at least once a week. This will detox the hair of chlorine, salt, minerals and styling product build up. Clarifying shampoos also help prevent blonde hair turning green.
To protect your hair or treat hair suffered from sun, you should make a special mask every week. Here you’ll find such masks for any type of hairs.
For normal hair. Mix 1 yolk with 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon honey and 1 teaspoon cheery juice. Put the mixture on the hair and keep for 20 minutes. Then wash head with warm water.

Put 2 tablespoons bran, 2 tablespoons grinded leaves of mint and ½ tablespoons grinded leaves of lemon-balm into 1 liter of boiling water, close and boil on the light fire for 10 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon salt and boil 5 minutes more. Then filter the decoction and use it for head washing instead of shampoo. Rub decoction into head skin and keep for 2-3 minutes. Then wash with warm water and rinse cool water.

Sure many people love the summer sun. The sun's rays make us feel good, and in the short term, make us look good. Sunlight helps our bodies create vitamin D. Of course, it's impossible to avoid the sun — who wants to hide indoors when it feels so great to get outside and be active? But our love affair isn't a two way street. Exposure to sun causes most of the wrinkles and age spots on our faces and is the number one cause of skin cancer.
In fact, sun exposure causes most of the skin changes that we think of as a normal part of aging. Over time, the sun's ultraviolet (UV) light damages the fibers in the skin called elastin. When these fibers breakdown, the skin begins to sag, stretch, and lose its ability to go back into place after stretching. The skin also bruises and tears more easily -- taking longer to heal. So while sun damage to the skin may not be apparent when you're young, it will definitely show later in life.
Dermatologists recommend sun protection, which includes but is not limited to regular use of sunscreen, for all their patients, including those with acne. Research shows that most cases of skin cancer can be prevented with sun protection. Sun protection also can help prevent sunburn in patients using topical retinoids, which increase the skin’s sensitivity to the sun. Nothing can completely undo sun damage, although the skin can sometimes repair itself. So, it's never too late to begin protecting yourself from the sun. Follow these tips to help prevent sun-related skin problems.
• Wear sunscreen with a sun protection factor (SPF) of at least 15, even if it's cloudy or you don't plan on spending a lot of time outdoors. If you sweat a lot or go swimming, reapply sunscreen every 2 to 3 hours (even if the bottle says the sunscreen is waterproof).
• Choose a sunscreen that blocks both UVA and UVB rays. Look for the words "broad spectrum protection" or UVA protection in addition to the SPF of 15 or greater. Select a sunscreen that says "nonacnegenic" or "noncomedogenic" on the label to help keep pores clear.
• The sun's rays are strongest between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM, so make sure you reapply sunscreen frequently and take breaks indoors if you can. If your shadow is longer than you are tall, then it's a safer time to be in the sun (you should still wear sunscreen, though).
• We all know that the sun can damage skin, but did you know it can contribute to eye problems, too? Protect your face and eyes with a hat and sunglasses that provide 100% UV protection.
• Avoid tanning beds. Ultraviolet light from the sun and tanning beds causes skin cancer and wrinkling. If you want to look like you’ve been in the sun, consider using a sunless self-tanning product, but continue to use sunscreen with it.
• Wear protective clothing. A hat with a wide brim offers good sun protection for your eyes, ears, face, and the back or your neck. Sunglasses that provide 99 to 100 percent UV-A and UV-B protection will greatly reduce eye damage from sun exposure. Tightly woven, loose fitting clothes will provide additional protection from the sun.
• Use extra caution near water, snow, and sand as they reflect the damaging rays of the sun, which can increase your chance of sunburn.
• Use shade wisely. Seek shade when UV rays are the most intense, but keep in mind that shade structures such as trees, umbrellas or canopies do not offer complete sun protection. Remember the shadow rule: "Watch your shadow – Short shadow, seek shade!"

Type I: Very fair skin, freckling; blonde, red, or brown hair. Always burns easily. Never tans.
Type II: Fair skin; blond, red or brown hair. Always burns easily. Tans minimally.
Type III: Brown hair and eyes. Burns moderately. Tans gradually and uniformly to a light brown color.
Type IV: Light brown skin. Dark hair and eyes. Burns minimally. Always tans well to a moderate brown.
Type V: Brown skin. Dark eyes and hair. Rarely burns, tans profusely to a dark brown.

In summer vitamin cosmetic masks from fresh berries and fruits are very useful. Fruit masks have cleansing, bleaching and dewy effects. But don’t forget about mixing prepared mask with sour cream or cream in equal proportions to diminish fruit acids’ action. All masks, I offer today, are easy to do and to use.
Lemon mask for dry skin. Take a teaspoon greasy cream and add 1 teaspoon lemon juice by drops, then add ½ teaspoon of mayonnaise. Put prepared mixture on the face for 20-25 minutes and then clean with cleansing tonic.
Pear mask will help you to constrict pores and to clean and moisten face skin. Put pear sauce on the face and décolleté and keep for 15-20 minutes. Then wash with cool water.
Apple mask freshens and rejuvenates skin. Grate peeled apple and add 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil, sour cream or cream. Put on the face and neck and then wash with cool water.
Banana mask cleanses greasy skin very well. Knead one banana and mix it with 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Put mask on the face for 15-20 minutes and then wash with cool water.
Grapefruit mask smoothes wrinkles and nourishes skin. Mix 2 tablespoons grapefruit with 1 tablespoon bran and 1 tablespoon cream. Put mask on the face for 20-30 minutes and then wash with warm water.
Plum mask for normal skin. Knead plum and add ½ teaspoon olive or almond oil and 1 teaspoon cream.
Quince mask freshens and tones up skin. Grate quince and mix with 2 tea-spoons cream. Put on the face.
Orange mask for any type of skin. Take juice of one orange and add 2 teaspoons honey. Put mask on the face for 10 minutes and then wash with cool water.
Pomegranate mask for any type of skin. Take juice of half a pomegranate, ½ teaspoon olive oil, 1 yolk, 1 teaspoon honey, 3 tablespoons oaten flakes and mix everything.
Cranberry mask for greasy skin. Mix 1 teaspoon potato flour with 1 teaspoon cranberry juice and egg-white. Put mixture on the face for 15-20 minutes and then wash with cool water.
Blackberry mask for dry skin. Knead some blackberries, add 1 teaspoon cream or sour cream and mix with 1 teaspoon honey. Put mixture on the face for 15-20 minutes and then wash with cool water.

Sensitive skin tends to be thin, delicate with fine pores. It flushes easily, is prone to broken capillaries, is frequently allergic and can be rash. There are many degrees of "sensitivity" in the skin, from very sensitive to slightly sensitive. Pay attention to and identify and determine the resistance of your own skin. It is important to drink water to keep your system clean and hydrated. You need to take care of your nutrition to help your skin to find the right balance. Try to always eat fresh foods rich in nutrients, like our grandmothers used to. Some supplement of Omega-3 may benefit your skin. You can also consume this oil in flax seeds or salmon; among others. Choose butter over margarine and a little of butter or olive oil is good for you.

The following homemade mask for sensitive skin helps reduce irritation, and it is also great on sun-damaged skin. You need 1 cup natural yogurt, ½ cup oatmeal. Mix the ingredients together. Apply to the skin for 10-15 minutes. Rinse off with warm water.
Also you can warm a small pot of honey in a double boiler then apply it to your face. To be sure the honey is not too hot it’s advisable to test it on your hand first. Leave the mask on your face for 15 minutes. Afterwards rinse with warm, then cool water.
This sensitive skin recipe leaves your skin gently scented and feeling like silk. Take 1 tablespoon rose clay, 1-2 teaspoons avocado oil, 1 drop rose oil and 1 drop Roman chamomile oil. Mix ingredients. Use water, if necessary, to make a paste. Use a little more clay if too runny. Massage on face; rinse off.

Skin that feels great when you take off for work in the morning but feels greasy by lunch; these are all too familiar scenarios for those of us with oily skin. By one word, does your skin tend to look shiny or oily? Do you suffer from frequent blackhead and whitehead breakouts? Are the pores visible all over your face (not just on your forehead, nose, and chin)? If so, you have oily skin. Oily skin contains a lot of sebum which helps prevent the skin from drying out. However, oily skin tends to attract more dirt and dust than dry skin. So, oily skin requires more cleansing than other skin types.
The main rule to remember if you have oily skin is keeping your skin clean. Use a cleanser preferably without strong perfumes or colors. We recommend not using soap because it may be too alkaline for the skin. If you can, clean it three times a day. If not, at least try to clean in the morning and in the evening before going to bed. Use warm water to loosen the dirt, and then use cold water to rinse. And put any masks for oily skin only on cleaned skin.
An oatmeal and honey mask can be very effective for treating oily skin. Simply make a paste using uncooked oatmeal, honey, and lemon juice. Spread this mixture on your face, and use extreme caution around the eyes. Leave the mask on for about 10 minutes, and rinse it off with warm water. Dab your face dry with an absorbent towel. This oatmeal and honey mask should leave your face feeling clean and refreshed. Apply this natural home remedy once a day, or as often as desired, to keep your skin soft, smooth, and oil-free.
Generally honey is a natural astringent that will also help to tighten your oily skin. You can make also apple and honey facial mask for oily skin. Add one apple (peeled, seeded, and cut into slices) into a blender or food processor. Add 3 tablespoons of honey. Blend the mixture well. Apply to face and leave on for 10 to 15 minutes. Then rinse with warm water.
Cucumber mask for oily skin. You need 1/2 cucumber, 1 egg white, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon mint. Puree everything and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Apply the mixture to your face and leave it on for 15 minutes. Rinse with warm, then cool water.
Banana mask is a smoothing facial mask and great if you have bananas around the house. To do it, you need 1 banana, preferably ripe (you can keep ripe bananas in the freezer. Let it thaw before using), 1 tablespoon honey, an orange or a lemon. Mix the banana and honey together. Add a few drops of juice from an orange or a lemon. Apply to face for 15 minutes before rinsing with a cool washcloth or a steaming warm washcloth.
Strawberry and yogurt facial mask for oily skin. Place four ripe, clean strawberries in a bowl. Use a fork to smash the strawberries. Add a teaspoon of plain yogurt and stir until the mixture is smooth. Apply the mixture to your face, and leave on for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove mask with lukewarm water. The yogurt will naturally exfoliate your oily skin.
And finally three easy masks to help you to care oily skin. Honey, yogurt and oats. Mix one spoon of each and apply over clean skin. Leave it for 10 minutes and clean it with lukewarm water.
Egg whites to close pores. Whip an egg-white and apply it over clean skin. Leave for 10 minutes and wash it off.
French green clay. You may add essential oils or use it alone. Take one spoon of French clay and make a paste with few drops of water. The consistency has to be such that it can stick to your skin. It is a good mask for very oily skin.

Dry skin can benefit a lot from periodical use of hydrating masks. They have many moisturizing ingredients that help the skin to have more balance. They may have plant extract, essential oils, and nourishing vegetable oils or milk derivates.
To make classic facial mask at home for dry skin, take 1/2 avocado and 1/4 cup of honey. Mash together these 2 ingredients for an easy face mask. Apply to your face and leave for 5 minutes before removing with a washcloth and some trepid water. You will definitely enjoy the smell and feeling of this mask on your face. Honey and avocado are particularly rich in moisturizing properties.
Generally benefits of avocado are numerous: it is filled with monounsaturated fats, Vitamin B and E, nutrients excellent for moisturizing and rejuvenating dry or tired skin. Use this fruit in the next masks too.
First recipe: take 1 avocado and 3-4 drops of almond oil. Peel and mash avocado and add almond oil until the mass is consistent. Apply to face while massaging it gently. Let it rest for 30 minutes and rinse off with warm water.
Second recipe: you need 1 avocado, 1 teaspoon of apple vinegar, 1 egg white, 3 teaspoons of olive oil. Peel and mash avocado and start adding the rest of the ingredients. Egg white should be beaten before you put it in. When the mass is done, apply to face and wash off after 20 minutes or so. This mask provides great moisture for skin, making it soft and elastic.
To prevent wrinkles, make a paste of bananas, yogurt and honey and apply it on the skin for 15-20 minutes then clean it with warm water. You’ll need 1/4 cup plain yogurt, 2 tablespoons honey and 1 banana.
Refreshing tomato mask. You need 1/4 peeled and seedless tomato. Chop it. 3 teaspoons of yogurt, 1 teaspoon peeled and then grated cucumber, 1 teaspoon of aloe vera gel, 3 teaspoons of oatmeal (finely ground). Additional ingredients are 2 mint leaves, fresh and crushed so the essential oils run out of the leaves. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Apply on the face and leave on for about 10 minutes. Wash off with lukewarm water.
Popular milk mask for face. Take 1 teaspoon powdered milk, 1 tablespoon runny honey, 1 teaspoon aloe vera gel and 2 drops essential oil and mix ingredients well. Apply to face, let sit for 15 minutes, wash off with warm water.

Women that have a normal skin are the most lucky of us, as their epidermis has a fine even texture, a proper balance between oil and moisture contents and is therefore moist and neither greasy nor dry. For this type of skin there are masks for maintenance that may consist of any of the following: carrots, honey, peaches, rose petals, papaya, limes, oranges, bananas, strawberries, cucumbers, almonds and many others.
For example, a fresh and healthy looking complexion can be obtained instantly by applying on your face a paste of mixed bananas and strawberries. Leave it for about 20 minutes and you will notice the difference immediately.
Apple mask for normal skin. You need 1 apple, cored & quartered and 2 tablespoons honey. Drop the apple pieces into a food processor and chop. Add honey and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Pat the mixture onto your face with a light tapping motion, tapping until the honey feels tacky. Leave it on for 30 minutes and then rinse.
Strawberry mask. You need 1/2 cup strawberries, very ripe and 1/4 cup cornstarch. Mix strawberries and cornstarch together to make a paste and apply it to your face, avoiding the delicate area around your eyes. Leave it on for 30 minutes and then rinse it off with cool water.
Another facial masks for normal skin. Take 1/2 cup of mustard and grind it in two liters of water. Make a paste of it with some rose petals. Apply it on the face and wash it off after half an hour.
Make a mixture of yolk of 2 eggs and add some honey and three drops of vegetable oil and apply it on the face. Wash it off after 20 minutes.
Take one cup of curd. Add the juice of two limes to it and make a mixture. Apply it on the face. After half an hour wash the face with cold water.
Finally peachy facial mask for normal skin. You need 1 medium peach, 1 tablespoon honey and oatmeal. Cook peach until its soft, mash with a fork, add honey and oatmeal until its a thick consistency. Apply to skin. Keep for 10 minutes, and then rinse well with cool water.

Lotions for greasy skin with big pores and skin with freckles. Take juice of one lemon and mix it with mineral water (proportion 1:1). Use the lotion 2-3 times a week and don’t wash it then.
Cut the peel of one orange into small pieces and put into glass jar. Pour it with boiling water and keep to infuse for the whole day and then filter the mixture. Use this lotion in the morning and evening.
Prepare mixture from juice of one lemon, half a glass of fresh cream, ¼ glass of vodka and one yolk. Clean the face with this lotion after working day. Keep it in the fridge.
Lotion for dry and normal skin. Mix one yolk with ½ glass of sour cream or cream and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Mix everything carefully and add ¼ glass of vodka and juice of half a lemon. Keep the lotion in the fridge.
Lotion for aging skin. Pour peel of three lemons with glass of boiling water and stay for 10 hours. Then filter and add juice of three lemons, 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons of cream, 3 tablespoons of cologne and half a glass of infusion from jasmine and rose petals. Mix everything carefully.
Anti-wrinkled lotion. To prevent wrinkles appearance, clean skin with milk and lemon lotion. Pour juice of one lemon into ½ liter of milk and stir slowly.

Country of oranges, mandarins, lemons and grapefruit can offer magical skin care. Masks, lotions, tonics and others are good for all types of skin. Masks with lemon are especially good for greasy skin. Masks with lemon juice refresh, whiten and nourish skin greatly. After orange masks skin becomes shining and velvety. For dry and normal skin you can use masks from mandarins. Grapefruit, like lemon, whitens skin, but more softly.
Masks for any type of skin. Clean an orange and slice to thin circles and put on the face and neck. In 20 minutes take mask away and rinse the face with cool water. It’s fine vitaminous mask.
Press a half a lemon and mix with 1 tablespoon honey. Put mask on the face with brush for 20 minutes. Then clean face with cold water. This mask isn’t recommended for sensitive skin.

Mask for normal and dry skin. Reduce mandarin in mixer together with peel. Add 1 tablespoon sour cream. Put mask on the face with brush for 15-20 minutes. Wash face with cool water.
Anti-aging masks. Orange mask is fine biostimulants. Take juice of half an orange and mix it with 1 tablespoon oaten flakes and 1 tablespoon milk. Put mixture on the face for 20 minutes, and then wash face with warm water.

Ordinary tea can be considered universal mean for hair too. It treats, strengthens, refreshes and so on. Try and probably you’ll like today’s recipes.
If you see that hair has stopped to grow, but become to fall out actively, try to make a 10-days course of tea procedures. You should rub into head skin warm strong tea infusion every day. You can do it separately from washing your head and don’t wash infusion.
If you have dandruff, prepare tea decoction. Pour 1 teaspoon of dry black tea with ¼ glass of boiling water and boil 2-3 minutes. Then add 1 tablespoon castor oil and 1 tablespoon vodka to 1 tablespoon decoction. Put this mixture on the head skin and hair and tie a towel above. Keep it for 2-3 hours. Then wash head with warm water. Make this procedure 2-3 times a week and dandruff will disappear.
Refreshing hair rinse not only refreshes hair but also save them from extra greasiness and makes hair light, silky and docile. Pour 1 tablespoon green tea with ½ liter of boiling water, shut with cover and keep to brew. Rinse hair every time after washing.
Use black tea as a hair rinse to darken hair and add shine. Take 2-3 tablespoons dry black tea for 2 glasses of water and boil 15-20 minutes. Keep brewing before it becomes pleasantly warm. Put infusion on the hair evenly, comb your hair and let to dry. It is the simplest way to give dark hair reddish tint, which lasts till the next head washing.

Anti-aging mask. Mix 1 tablespoon flour, 50 g. fresh yeast and ½ teaspoon sugar. Mix this mixture in ¾ glass of mineral water and keep in the warm place for 2-3 hours. Then put the mixture on the face. In 20 minutes wash face with mineral water and put nourishing cream on the face. Repeat this procedure 2-3 times a week during a month.
Mask for all types of skin. Mix 1 teaspoon honey and 1 teaspoon glycerin. Add 2 tablespoons mineral water and 1 teaspoon oatmeal, stirring slowly. Put this mask on the face for 15-20 minutes and then wash with cool mineral water.
And finally the mask for special situations. If you need to have fresh, smooth, tender and pink skin right now, make this procedure. Take two bath towels and two bowls with very hot mineral water and very cold mineral water (better with ice). Apply a thick layer of rich cream on the cleansing face. Wet one towel in the hot water and put on the face. Wait for cooling down and then change it to towel wetted in the cold water. Keep it on the face before warming of it. Then put cream again and make hot compress and then cold one. And repeat procedure 5-6 times. This mask has short-term but great effect.

Usually the first freckles appear not only in spring but in the end of winter. If you don’t like “sun kisses” but you see them on your face, use my recipe. Pour 1 tablespoon dried ashberry with 1 glass of boiling water, close and draw for 45 minutes. Then filter, add 1 teaspoon of wheat flour and mix everything carefully.
Clean your face with prepared lotion 3-4 times a day. Keep to dry, and then clean your face with piece of cotton wool wetted in milk whey. If you haven’t milk whey, take liquid nourishing cream or cosmetic milk.

You can find aloe as one of the components in many cosmetic products. Actually aloe is used in cosmetic and medical fields about 3500 years! South Africa is considered Motherland of aloe. Now it is widespread all over the world. The reason of such popularity is the rich composition of the plant. It has natural antiseptics (salicylic acid, phenol, sulfur and lupeol) and organic acids (cholesterol, camphor and B-sitosterin) and biostimulants.
In cosmetic aloe is used in creams and lotions in concentration 2-15%. Component aloe nourishes, moistens and recovers skin, protects skin from bacterial aggression. Aloe is especially effective in the facial skin care. Today I offer some recipes of facial masks with aloe.
Take 2 tablespoons of fresh aloe juice and mix with white of egg. Put the mask on the face for 15 minutes. This mask is especially recommended for inflamed skin with acne.
Mix 2 tablespoons of fresh aloe juice with 1 tablespoon of camomile decoction and 1 tablespoon of honey. The mask is put on the face and neck for 10-15 minutes. Also you can use calendula or mint instead of camomile.
Here is “Mask of Youth”. Mix aloe juice and cream in equal proportions. Wet gauze napkins in the mixture and put on the face. This mask freshens up the skin and makes skin’s color better.

The mask for normal skin. Mix 1 tablespoon of fresh grated carrot with 1 teaspoon of oatmeal, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and ½ of egg yolk. Put the mask on the facial skin for 20 minutes and then wash with warm water. Use this mask regularly and your skin will get natural nutrition and even color.
The mask for dry skin. Grate one carrot and squeeze juice. Add 1 tablespoon of sour cream and 1 tablespoon of cucumber juice. Mix everything and put on the face for 15 minutes. Then wash with cool water. The skin will become soft and velvety after this procedure.

The lotion against freckles. Mix 1 tablespoon of carrot juice with 5 drops of lemon juice. Clean the face with lotion every evening before sleep, but not before going out.
