Elite eye serum - a closer look

The Elite Eye Serum by Elite Skin was a product that was well-received from the start. Made in a Miami area laboratory, the maker's of this company have shown a strong commitment to science and innovation. Starting with the Elite Eye Serum and expanding into a line of anti aging skin care products that now numbers at 8, each product has the most potent and researched ingredients available across the globe.

The Elite under eye serum launched in early 2009 and as mentioned, was a smash hit. Never before had people seen the combination of so many peptide ingredients as well as antioxidant rich extracts like resveratrol and acai. Each ingredient serving it's own role, this was a perfectly crafted serum that has been a big seller on Amazon.com as well, the top global consumers shopping portal.

A closer look at the ingredients shows how Elite Eye Serum was formulated to attack multiple signs of aging that become visible on the skin around the eyes. For starters, the most plaguing and noticeable sign of aging is discoloration. Commonly described as "dark under eye circles," people from all walks of life have tried to fight these for years. Home remedies such as guacamole, cucumber, tea bags, have all been used by chronic sufferers of dark under eye circles. However, Elite Eye Serum uses Haloxyl, a clinically tested ingredient that has some of the best lab tests for people who used it for thirty days to attack discoloration. Other companies have mimicked this move, but usually use a lesser amount of haloxyl, as they don't obtain similar results.

For another very visible sign of aging which people refer to as "crows feet," but known by most people as "eye wrinkles," Elite Eye Serum uses Argireline. Unless you've been asleep late at night you've seen the powers of this peptide in the Guthy Renker advertisements. Thing is, these companies are finally catching on to the power of Argireline, which has been called by many the best "needle free" alternative to cosmetic surgeries. It works to relax wrinkles on contact, and is nothing short of a miracle ingredient many companies are using in their anti wrinkle creams. Another trend started by the Elite Eye Serum.

Finally, you have Eyeliss, which helps deflate puffiness in the eyes. This clinically tested ingredient makes up the trio of powerhouse ingredients that are just the tip of the iceberg in this revolutionary skin product. On top of that, you have a base of pure hyaluronic acid, the aforementioned extracts, as well as gaba, the body's natural tranquilizer. It works on contact to penetrate the sensitive skin around your eyes by relaxing the muscles. This has the effect of creating less skin tension in order to instantly reduce wrinkling.

Cleansing facial mask from turmeric

Spices can be useful not only in the kitchen. For example, turmeric improves general circulation in the vessels of the skin, smooths small wrinkles, eliminates irritation and redness, reduces inflammation of the skin.

Facial masks from turmeric improve the complexion, the general condition of the skin and have a rejuvenating effect. Try to make a special cleansing procedure using this fragrant spice. It consists of two parts.

Step 1.
Mix two tablespoons of cosmetic clay for face skin with 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder. Spoon a third part of the mixture into a bowl and dilute it with some water. Then add two drops of lavender essential oil. (The remaining dry mixture can be stored in a tightly closed jar.)

If you have dry skin, apply the mask with a thin layer, if the skin is oily - with thick layer. Keep the mask for 10-15 minutes and then rinse with cool water.

Step 2.
To increase the effect of the mask, steam skin of the face out. Usually various toxins and fat are accumulated in pores, and steam will help to open them and make the skin more susceptible to the effects of turmeric.

Boil two liters of water and pour it into a large bowl. Add three drops of lavender essential oil, two drops of clary oil, a drop of rose oil and two drops of turmeric oil (or 1/8 teaspoon of turmeric powder).

Wait until the water cools down and bend over the bowl. You can cover the head with a towel. Steam out the skin for 7-15 minutes, and then rinse with cool water.

Please note that the procedure should be made in this order – at first mask, and then steaming. Otherwise, the clay can clog pores.

It is enough to make this procedure once a month for owners of sensitive skin. If you have normal or oily skin, the mask can be applied every week. The results will be noticeable after two or three procedures.

Facial skin care steps

Facial skin care stepsActually facial skin needs the protection and attentive care more than any other human organ. It is because the skin is influenced by both internal and external factors. Also age has very important meaning. After a number of years, our skin requires more and more care. New skin cells in young and healthy skin are formed every 28 days. This skin is elastic and well moistened. But with age metabolism is losing speed and intensity and as result our skin grows old. This is a natural process and it is impossible to avoid skin aging. We can only reduce the speed of this process.

Poor nutrition, insufficient physical activity, alcohol, smoking, stress, and adverse external factors (ultraviolet rays, air pollution) contribute to premature aging of the skin. We have to delay biological withering of the skin. To do this, make sure that the breathing, nutrition, hydration and skin self-rejuvenation are full. It is necessary to provide facial skin with a solid support and protection. The sooner you start doing it, the later first wrinkles will appear on the face.

Skin care includes some reasonable steps: cleansing, moisturizing, and nourishment. Generally this scheme works for any type of skin.

Cleansing is essential for rest and renewal of the skin. It must be made in the morning and evening. Beauticians speak about the cleaning abilities of soap uncomplimentary. It skims and dries our skin, tightens pores, leaving them muddy. It is better to use lotion, tonic, cosmetic milk or foam for washing. With their help you can restore the acid-base balance and moisture level of skin and clean pores deeply.

Moisturizing is the most important stage. Regardless of the skin type you always have to apply any moisturizing cream before make-up. Day cream is easily absorbed by the skin and makes it soft and smooth, preventing moisture loss. But do not forget that the cream is applied only to pre-cleaned skin.

As a rule, night cream has the function of nourishment. Apply cream on the clean, warm and relaxed skin. It will help facial skin to get rich in nutrients coming from the blood and also to receive the additional moisture from the outside. Everything will let skin to relax effectively during sleep.

Winter skin care tips

Winter skin care tipsWinter is not in a hurry anywhere. Snowstorms cover ground with snowdrifts. Frost paints fantastic patterns on the windows. But cold winds and frosty air are not very good for our skin, alas. By the way, dry air of apartments and offices damages the skin condition too. Also our skin is injured by close touch with scarves, high collars and winter hats. Often oily skin becomes closer to normal, and normal skin becomes dry, dry skin becomes overly sensitive and irritated.

In winter you shouldn’t wash with soap and use lotions, containing alcohol. Otherwise you will provoke additional dryness of the skin, shrinkage and peeling. It’s better to wash with milk or cream. I advise to wash in the morning with a weak brew of green tea or with a decoction of camomile. If you want to have tanned skin, you’d better to wash with a weak brew of black tea. Also in the morning it is recommended to apply nourishing cream 20-30 minutes before going outside; and to use moisturizing cream at night.

Make special masks twice a week to look good and to live till spring. These masks are easy to do but very effective. Looking at yourself in the mirror in two weeks, you will be pleasantly surprised.

Vitaminizing and moisturizing mask. Mash 1 kiwi with a fork; add the yogurt and some potato starch. Mix everything until the consistency of sour cream. Apply on face, neck and area of décolleté for 20 minutes. Then rinse with warm decoction of parsley or green tea brew. Finally apply any moisturizing cream.

Mask for skin rejuvenation. Peel and grate 1 small but juicy carrot. Add a tablespoon of soft cottage cheese and 1-2 teaspoons of fat cream. Apply the mask on the face for 10-15 minutes and then rinse with warm water and apply cream.

Rejuvenating and nourishing mask. Mix 1 tablespoon of honey with warm cream. Apply the mixture on the face, neck and décolleté area with brush, very carefully, for 20 minutes.
