If you have dry and cracked feet due to weather conditions or you are tired from a long working day, simple spa-procedures at home will help you and your feet to relax!

The best treatment for your feet is to fill the tub or any other container with warm water and dilute 1/2 cup of sea salt there. You can also add rose or lavender petals in the water. Some drops of peppermint oil are also a good addition for improving of blood circulation.

Keep feet in the spa bath for 10-20 minutes and then wipe feet dry with a towel. Apply good moisturizing lotion (preferably with mint) and massage your feet. As an alternative you can apply a mixture of honey, rosemary and mint on your feet!

Mix ¼-½ cup of honey, a branch of fresh rosemary and some drops of peppermint oil and then apply the mixture on wet feet. Let the mixture soak before you wear slippers or clean socks (or even better go to bed, relax your legs and continue reading your favorite book or magazine).

If you have dry and rough feet, then exfoliation is the best solution for this problem. Pumice is also good as a great natural scrub. The great recipe of feet skin scrub is the mixture of honey, sugar, and grape oil.

Mix about 1/4 cup of honey, 1/4 cup of sugar and 2 tablespoons of grape oil. Apply this mixture for cleansing and softening the feet.

Wrap feet up with warm damp towel and leave for 10-15 minutes. Then wash away the mixture, apply moisturizer and wear cotton socks. Your feet will thank you in the morning!
