The Indian women's secrets of beauty

Sure every nation has its own secrets of beauty. Let’s remember the appearance of female characters in Indian movies. They have clean tanned skin, thick hair, sparkling eyes and etc.

Every woman in India pays special attention to skin cleaning. It’s especially important for greasy skin that is widespread in the hot climate. Lemon is the best of all for greasy skin care. You need take a tablespoon of lemon juice and mix it with a tablespoon of curds. Apply the mixture on the face and in 15 minutes wash with warm water.

One egg white gives the great tightening and cleansing effects. You need apply an egg white on the facial skin and keep for 15 minutes. Then wash the face with warm water with lemon juice.

To clean dry skin you can use the rose petals. Put 50 g of petals in 100 ml milk whey and boil for 30 minutes. Then cool and draw the mixture for some hours. Apply this mixture on the face. Then wash with warm water.

The facial natural masks from fruits and vegetables are very popular among Indian women. They have a lot of masks recipes. Here you can find some of them. The main condition is all products for masks should be natural, without addition of any chemicals.

Recipe 1: Mix chopped a tomato, a part of a pumpkin and a cucumber. Apply the mixture on the face and wash with warm water in 10 minutes.

Recipe 2: Chop some apricots and plums carefully and apply on the facial skin. Keep for 10 minutes and then wash with warm water.

Recipe 3: It’s the mask from egg yolks, which contain protein. Add a teaspoon of honey to an egg yolk and mix carefully. Apply the mask on the face and keep for 20 minutes. Then wash with cool water.

Recipe 4: The special compress for eyes is very easy to make. Put a piece of cucumber and a piece of ice in a cotton napkin. Lie with compress for some minutes.

Indian women care about body skin taking various baths. These baths improve the structure and condition of skin. Also baths calms greatly, especially in the evening. Indian women usually use such compositions for baths:

- 2 cups of baking powder, 2 tablespoons salt and some drops of pine or lavender essential oil. Mix everything carefully and pour into a jar (keep it closed). Add in 1 tablespoon into bath before taking it;

- mix a teaspoon glycerin and 2-3 tablespoons of starch and add to bath;

- various vegetable oil – olive, sunflower, almond;

- a glass of milk;

- add a tablespoon of honey in the bath.
