Natural homemade masks from milk. Part 1.

As you know milk oil is very useful for skin health. Milk oil is rich with the unsaturated fatty acids, lecithin and vitamins. You can count 100 millions of the smallest balls of fat in one drop of milk. Such delicate dispersion helps the great absorption of milk oil and adoption it by the skin cells.

In addition milk contains sugar, mineral substances, natural pigments, and almost all famous enzymes and vitamins. If you wash with milk every day, you will retard the appearance of wrinkles and smooth the existing ones. Your skin will be rosy, smooth and healthy. When the mask from milk combines with fresh vegetables and fruits, the mask will be useful much more.

You’d better to take natural cow’s or goat's milk for the cosmetic aims. Choose the milk with high fat content.

The mask for normal skin
Mix 1 tablespoon of oatmeal in milk and add 1 tablespoon tomato juice. Apply the mask on the face and neck. Keep for 20-30 minutes and then wash with warm water. Then rinse the skin with cool water.
This mask moistens and smoothes skin.

The masks for dry skin
Knead the pulp of overripe apricot and mix 1 tablespoon of it with 1 tablespoon warm milk. Apply the mixture on the face with a thin layer for 20 minutes. Then wash the mask with warm water.
This mask nourishes skin and gives it the healthy look.

Mix 1 tablespoon of grated sweet apple with 1 teaspoon of milk and 1 teaspoon of egg yolk. Apply the mask on the face for 10 minutes and then wash with warm water.
This mask is very good for dry skin inclined to reddening.
