Chocolate diet

Chocolate dietGenerally chocolate diet, offered today, like any other mono-diet, isn’t panacea in the permanent fight against overweight. But fasting “chocolate” days are able to achieve desired weight loss. You can lose about 6 kg for 5 days of keeping diet. And moreover such diet can become the real pleasure for sweet tooth:-)

Chocolate diet is timed for the course of 5-7 days, not more! After one course you should make the break for 4-6 days. Also don’t forget to ask advice from your doctor before beginning, if you have problems with liver.

Diet: during a day you can eat two bars of chocolate in 40 grams, drink sugar-free coffee with non-fat milk. You have to drink only in 3 hours after meal.

Cucumber diet

Cucumber dietThis useful diet is based on the physiological effect of fresh cucumbers. It stimulates digestion, cleans bowels, normalizes water-salt balance, activates metabolism. And as a result cucumber diet improves condition of the skin. Keep to this diet for one week and you won’t regret!

The main dish of the diet is a special salad from cucumbers. Cut 1 kg of fresh cucumbers (150 kcal) and add 30 g of mayonnaise or sour cream (90 kcal). You can add some salt but you’d better to avoid using of the salt. Flavor all with green by your taste (dill, parsley, coriander, basil, celery).

Such salad is divided for 3 food intakes: the first is at 12- 2 p.m., the second one is at 4-5 p.m. and the third is at 7-8 p.m. You can add 1 tea-spoon (not more!) last cucumber meal. Also you can eat about 50 g of black bread with each meal.

If you feel that you are hungry, you can take microcrystalline cellulose: 5 pills during a day 20-30 minutes before meal, drinking 1-2 glasses of boiled water. At 10-11 p.m. eat one big apple or 2 oranges, a pear or banana. Breakfast and coffee/tea with sugar are permitted as usual.

Well, let’s count calories:
240 kcal – cucumber + mayonnaise
300 kcal – 150 g of bread
100 kcal – fruits at night
200 kcal – breakfast
60 kcal – tea/coffee/sugar at work
Altogether – 900 kcal a day.

Melon diet

Sure melon is a favorite fruit of many people and not in vain. Melon has a great number of folic acid and nicotinic acid, vitamin C and PP, pectin, carotene, salts of calcium, magnesium, ferric, phosphorus and sulfur. And the main thing is that melon is rich in rude vegetative cellulose. So melon can sate well, give much energy, split fat, take out cholesterol, slags and salts from organism. As a result your skin becomes beautiful and healthy. I offer the recipe of melon diet for one week with the same day menu.

Breakfast: 1 glass of boiled rice without salt, servicing with 1 tea-spoon of soybean sauce. And green or herbal tea without sugar.

Dinner: 200g of vegetable salad. Variants of salad – a) cucumbers, tomatoes, onion, 1 table-spoon of olive oil; b) cucumbers, tomatoes, cabbage, onion, greens, lemon juice for servicing; c) cucumbers, boiled beet and carrot, garlic, greens, lemon juice, 1 table-spoon of sour cream. Then the main dish for your choice – a) boiled fish, b) white meat of chicken, c) curds, d) lightly-boiled egg. And berry or fruit infusion (pour 2 table-spoons of berries with 1½ glass of boiling water and leave for 10 minutes and then filter; or replace berries by half an apple or pear).

Supper (since 4 p.m. till 9 p.m.): Pieces of melon little by little on the basis of 1 kg of melon to 30 kg of your weight. Calorie content of this diet is more than 1200 kilocalories, but you will lose weight. It’s the paradox of the melon diet. To my mind such diet is better for people, who suffer from lack of calories, or who is very active.

There are some rules of melon diet. Don’t eat sugar, potato, farinaceous foods, and confectionery in this week. Don’t eat any other food with melon. It doesn’t go with other products. Don’t drink after melon, except white wine. Don’t add melon in the fruit salad. Please, keep these rules. Melon is very capricious fruit.

Apple diet for 3 days

Apple diet is ideal for cleansing of all organism and weight loss, because apples contain almost all vitamins and mineral matters we need, including folic acid, sugar and pectin. Many dietitians advise to spend 2-3 fasting apple days per a week. Today I offer 3-days apple diet. Food value of apples is 37-46 kilocalories for 100 gram.

The first day: you can eat only apples for the whole day, but not more 2 kg. It can be apples, apple sauce, grated apples, and baked apples. For supper you should drink cocktail from equal parts of fresh apple juice and mineral soda water. You can add some lemon juice in cocktail.

The second and the third days: menu like in the first day and also you are permitted to eat 200 g of non-fat curd. As for drinking, there are two opinions, you can choose yourself. One way is that you should drink much, but herb infusions, not water. Or you should follow diet without drinking, because apples contain liquid. Choice depends on your feelings and requirements of organism.

Food for beauty

Our skin needs in vitamins and useful nutritive materials much. So we should choose products for food attentively. What foodstuffs and drinks are recommended by experts in skin care?

Sauerkraut is the best ally in the fight against overweight. Also sauerkraut juice retards ageing and withering of skin tissues.

Kefir is one more necessary product of beauty. It makes work of bowels better and it is very important for skin.

Among the great number of various juices you should pay attention to apple juice, which is rich in iron and apricot juice with potassium and carotene. I guess you know that iron increases hemoglobin in blood, potassium feeds cordial muscles and carotene improves eyesight and strengthens gums and teeth.

Citrus plants and black-currant are the source of vitamin C.

Lean meat, fish and cereals are rich in zinc, phosphorus and selenium.

Vegetable oil contains necessary for skin vitamin E.

Carrot contains provitamin A and beta-carotene.

Oat flakes (porridge) is irreplaceable skin care mean since ancient times.

Nuts are very useful for skin by its antioxidants and mineral matters. Also nuts assist in cleaning organism from harmful matters.

Give up drinking coffee and black tea. And begin to use green tea to make color of face skin better.

Watermelon diet

Fruit cocktail for beautiful skin

In the period after long and cold winter your skin needs vitamins, microelements and amino acids more than in any other season. All these elements you’ll find in such simple fruits like apple and carrot. To help your skin you should make a rule to drink tasty cocktail by my recipe. I offer to drink it every day. And your skin will become smooth and elastic.

Choose the apples of summer kinds and big bright-orange carrot. Make fresh squeezed juice from fruits. Mix in 1/2 glasses of every juice and add ground ginger on the tip of the knife. Shake all ingredients and your cocktail is ready. You’ll hear “thanks” not from skin only but from organism too.

Eat dried fruits to make your skin beautiful

Continuing the theme about purgation to help the organism to regulate metabolism, I offer the next recipe. Our bowels needs 25 gram of cellulose every day to work well. It helps him to take slags and carcinogens out, to organize the life of gut organisms.

All vegetables and fruits are rich with cellulose, and also nuts, bran and bread of coarse grinding. To diversify your menu I advise you to eat the mixture of dried fruits time to time instead of fruits and vegetables. So you will get the necessary amount of cellulose and at the same time a tasty dish.

Take in half a glass of raisins, prunes, dried apricots, fig and Circassian walnuts, wash them and scald with boiling water. Mince all dried fruits and add in half a glass of honey and unstrained infusion of ground linseed. To prepare linseed infusion take 2 table-spoons of linseed, pour it with 100 ml of boiling water and draw it for 20 minutes. Mix up all ingredients carefully.

Drink in 1 table-spoon of prepared mixture in the morning before breakfast and in 30 minutes before dinner or supper. Prepared mixture from dried fruits is kept in the fridge. Bon appetite!

Seven glasses of water is the secret of beautiful skin

To make your skin beautiful you should remember about the work of your bowels. You have to purge regularly. Sure you agree with me that this procedure isn’t very pleasant. But I offer you some easy ways to do it. Today I tell about 7 glasses water.

Make it a rule – to drink 7 glasses of clean (non-soda) water every day. The first glass, drunk at once after awakening, helps to increase moving the force of bowels. The next glasses help to dissolve and take out toxins, which appear in the organism during the whole day.

Keep the duty glass of water on the place, where you are. Sip all water slowly, not in one gulp. One glass of water is drunk for half an hour. Stop drinking in 10 minutes before meal and begin to drink in 30 minutes after meal. But during meal you shouldn’t drink at all, because it impedes the work of stomach and bowels.
