Do not expose your feet to extreme climate i.e., extreme cold or extreme heat.

Use the special scrub for feet. To do it, mix sugar with olive oil.

If you suffer from excessive sweating of feet, make the fine remedy by yourself. Grind apricot kernels and mix them with water. Put the mixture on the feet for 15-20 minutes before sleep.

Keep the cleansing diet for 3 days a week. Let your organism to rest from meat, sugar and coffee. Eat only fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains. Your organism will repay you with excellent work. You will get high vitality and fine mood.

Though you adore dancing, your legs are so tired and you have to avoid so pleasant enjoyment like a dance with loved man. Remember, you don’t have to deprive yourself the main part of the holiday – dancing. That’s why care about your legs in advance. Make the bath for them. Let your feet to enjoy warm herbal infusion.

Take 1 table-spoon of every herb: lemon-balm, sage, nettle and origanum. Pour out 2 glasses of boiling water and stay before being warm. Keep feet in the warm herbal infusion for 20 minutes and you’ll feel pleasant lightness. Would you like to dance?

Take a minute for your health and make an apple compress

Look at your heels and see if it is ok with them. Aren’t they soft and smooth? In any way you will be pleasant to make the course of apple procedures for your heels. Before bedtime wash your legs as usual or you’d better to make a bath for them. And then use my recipe and make an apple compress.

Cut the apple into pieces and boil it in the milk until formation of gruel. Put thick layer of warm gruel on the heels, cover with napkin or lock in gauze bandage. Keep the apple compress for 30 minutes.

You should repeat this procedure every evening until you see the brilliant result. Then put on the sandals and enjoy coolness!
